BJM Installation Services was built from the ground up in Petaluma, California by founder Brian John Miller. Since 1984, Brian has lead teams of high performing Flooring Installation providers throughout Northern California. Since 2005, BJM's primary focus has been serving Lowe's customers with their Flooring Installation needs as Independent Contractors. BJM has previously held numerous Retail Partnerships, providing installation services and customer support to key accounts such as Home Depot, Sears, Carpeteria, and Abbey Carpets to name a few.

Brian Miller
Brian has been a major contributor to the Flooring Industry since 1984, taking up Retail Partnerships with known Brands such as Sears, Home Depot, Carpeteria, and others before joining Lowe's as an Independent Contractor in 2005.

Brian is very passionate about elevating others and coaching Leadership competencies with his Team, both internally and externally. He believes that any challenge we face can be utilized as "Teachable Moments", and that those empowered with the responsibility of leading others owe it to them to help them discover the "Best Version of Themselves".
​
An avid sports fan, Brian holds season tickets to the San Francisco Giants and participates in coaching Youth Soccer. He and his Family enjoy being outdoors, camping, and traveling to new places. Brian is also very engaged in his Church, and spends time coaching and supporting those in his congregation.
